The crisp mountain air and year-round cold climate in the Cordillera uplands has been vital in the makings of this popular summer destination in the northern Philippines. Embraced by towering trees, this mountainous region exudes a charm that is both nostalgic and refreshing. It is this distinct environment that inspires the design of North Towers—a commercial hub with residential towers that seamlessly blend with Cordillera’s natural landscape.
The mixed-use development embraces Cordillera’s cool climate with a balanced interplay of warm and cool tones. Corten steel fins and rustic bricks contrast against the region's misty blue skies and lush greenery, with bricks serving both aesthetic and functional roles in insulation and moisture management.
