Located in one of Paranaque’s most desirable neighborhoods, this three-level contemporary residence by JOG+Associates embodies the firm's commitment to refined modern design, thoughtful spatial planning and luxurious urban living. The project reimagines the traditional family home as a light filled. Flexible and elegantly articulated sanctuary within the dynamic cityscape.
The architectural composition showcases a harmonious interplay of clean lines, warm textures, and expansive glazing. Generous floor-to-ceiling windows wrap the facade, inviting natural light deep into the interior while creating a seamless relationship between indoor living spaces and the surrounding environment. Each level is expressed through subtle horizontal planes and cantilevered forms, lending the home a sense of movement and architectural depth.
A standout feature of the residence is the carefully crafted breeze blocks wall, which serves both as an aesthetic focal point and functional privacy filter. This sculptural element softens the visual massing, enhances ventilation, and creates a refined interplay of light and shadow throughout the day.
