Paseo 1 & 2 Redevelopment
Project Brief
The Paseo Transport Terminal is more than just a gateway—it is a vibrant, bustling hub where movement meets community, and where design breathes life into everyday encounters. Taking cues from the Santorini-inspired aesthetic of its immediate vicinity in the Paseo Outlet, the terminal embraces the signature whitewashed walls and deep blue accents while infusing a lively spirit through festive bursts of color. Vibrance of orange and yellow splashes throughout the development, stimulating both warmth and appetite, setting the perfect backdrop for a memorable outdoor dining experience.

Doubling as a farmers' market, the terminal is also a melting pot of fresh flavors and local fare, where the aroma of homegrown produce mingles with the rich scents of our local delicacies. The al fresco dining areas are thoughtfully enhanced with lush greenery, festoon lights, and painted murals that add an artistic flourish to the scene. Playfully-shaped furniture in the common areas invites visitors to linger a little longer—whether they are waiting for a ride, enjoying a meal, or simply soaking in the energy of the space.
Overhead, decorative tensile accents in bold, vibrant hues guide travelers through the terminal’s main axis, creating a dynamic interplay of movement and direction. More than just a transit point, the Paseo Transport Terminal is a destination in itself—where architecture, color, and community converge to create an experience that is as functional as it is unforgettable.
