Project Brief
Robinsons BF Homes stands as a masterclass in modern commercial architecture, where JOG+Associates has successfully harmonized a bold, geometric exterior with an interior landscape defined by organic curves and light-filled volumes. The project serves as a sophisticated social anchor for the BF Homes community, prioritizing human-centric design at every touchpoint.
The facade serves as a rhythmic landmark along the Parañaque streetscape. Utilizing a palette of warm neutrals, champagne gold, and charcoal accents, the building avoids the typical monolithic commercial look.
The Interior: An Organic Social Hub
Stepping inside, the rigid geometry of the exterior gives way to a highly sculptural and fluid environment.
The ceiling is the centerpiece of the interior design. Recessed cove lighting follows undulating, organic paths that mimic natural ripples. This "flowing" ceiling design serves a dual purpose: it hides mechanical systems while intuitively guiding shoppers through the retail corridors.
Robinsons BF Homes is designed to be permeable. The high-transparency ground floor ensures that the interior’s warmth is visible from the street, creating a "glow" that invites the community in.
